The heart of life-solutions is the small group; a place of privacy, confidentiality, honesty and care. Every evening before the small group time, participants hear excellent teaching that gives insights into what people need to recover and succeed in life.

Developing and maintaining a healthy sexuality is every man’s battle. Valiant Man is about male sexual discipleship. This 10-session program with study and devotional guide is designed to fortify and restore the moral and spiritual integrity of men. Valiant Man challenges all men to fight for their own personal, moral and spiritual vitality and help other men fight for theirs.

An encouraging and supportive program for women survivors of sexual abuse. In an environment of love, acceptance and confidentiality, participants will begin to develop new strategies for living, and find healing from the struggles of life. Sessions help participants understand what abuse is, why they feel powerless and betrayed, and what they can do to get the help they need to recover.

Woman to Woman is designed to give insight into family dynamics. The program explores the dynamics of relationships and describes the attributes of healthy and unhealthy families. The elements needed to produce healthy and fulfilling relationships are taught in the course. The small group provides an environment in which healthy relationships are modelled and rehearsed.

Life can be better! Explore the benefits of being proactive about your health in a supportive and motivating group. Transform your lifestyle and have fun while you do it. This research evidence based program was developed for adult women of any age who are seeking to unlock their physical and spiritual potential. Designed by a nurse, a personal trainer and a nutritionist, over 10 sessions this program aims to empower and strengthen women physically, emotionally and spiritually.

‘What do I have to do to be loved, accepted and valued around here?’ is a question lurking in the heart of every young person. How it is answered affects everything. This program shows how to handle peer pressure, stay healthy in the game of life, manage negative behaviour and to think and identify spiritual keys for healthy self-esteem. The course uses a strengths-based approach with small group interaction and support. A must for every young person who I serious about being the best they were created to be.

Making Marriage Better is an opportunity to enhance or rebuild your marriage. This 10 session program teaches how to build a great marriage from whatever point you are at, how to keep love fresh and how to handle the boredom, conflict and stress associated with marriage. Couples will learn what it takes to keep passion alive, build a more loving relationship and discover more about the uniqueness of their partner.

Sex is a part of life. Managed rightly, it is a profound gift. Managed poorly, it is a source of pain and distress. People need more than rules about sex; they need an understanding of sex that empowers them to live successfully in a sexually damaged world. This course is directed at the needs of young singles, the parents trying to raise them, and those who find themselves ‘single again’. He course will assist married people and is suitable for everyone over the age of 18.

Men are designed for action, excitement and success, yet all too often they find themselves bored, empty and lonely. Today’ man is a product of his past. This program explores past and present relationships and examines the effects of family background on the way men think, feel and behave.
