Heart Plunges is taking an "Adventure with God". It is stepping out of your comfort zone and doing something that you have not previously experienced. It is having a spiritual experience in serving others while not benefitting yourself. It is serving the poor and needy locally, nationally and internationally.

Short term mission opportunities have been provided for you to pray about and decide where you feel that God would have you serve. You can request information sheets about specific trips. Once you are sure about the country, then click here and complete an application form. There is also a referee letter which you can hand to your referees and a reference form for completion.
